Image proportions

Hello, I am evaluating Realtyna for a customer’s site, and although it seems to have great features, I am having a problem with the propertie’s image proportions.

As you can see on the link (https://losmanantiales.com.gt/properties/5-Apartment-857-Kidlington-Knoll-East-Solihull-Minor-Outlying-Islands-8-Habitaciones-4-Habitaciones-7-Bathrooms-USD734-000/) or on this screenshot (https://i.imgur.com/E5rCPCB.jpg), the image is smushed appearing as a long horizontal rectangle.

I thought it could be a thing with the Divi theme, so I installed the plugin on a brand new site with the default template, and the same thing happens. The people from Divi also said it is a plugin issue, as you can see on the following scrennshot: https://i.imgur.com/l4kXCBT.jpg

I searched the support forum but was surprised to not find this problem (or maybe I wasn’t able to find the correct terms in English).Can you tell me how to fix the image smushing issue please.
