Hello
I have a small question, when you delete a product it only deletes on the database.
I would like this to also erase the images that are associated, how do I do this?
Because otherwise it’s a big bazaar thank you

I don’t have the most efficient way ?? pcq I don’t know where it’s stored exactly, but when you want to add an image to a product, when the downloads tab, just select the image you want don’t want to have anymore, and delete (right, top)

ChriStine Sansak it only removes the link to the database and not the physical image on the server.
And I would like it to also delete the physical file on the server to avoid having too many images.
Because currently I have 177,009 which is huge. I should have 100,000 less.
But by dint of removing a product from sale and then putting another one in, created the thumbnails here

I understand you want to delete the images associated with a product once you delete the product from your WooCommerce store.

At the moment, there’s no default option for that in WooCommerce, and customizing that would require a bit of additional coding. Custom coding goes beyond the scope of support we are able to provide in this forum.

WordPress does not automatically delete media upon deleting a post (Product is a custom post type) because Media Library is built to reuse images for one or multiple posts.
