    Hi there,
    Can you let us know which page builder you are uploading these layouts from?

    I have tried with Divi and Elementor 

    But I get the blank images not doing anything but activating the plug-in

    Before I import anything I activate and go to your free layouts and see the blank images so don’t think it’s a page builder issue
