Image post to VK have 2 bugs

Image post to VK have bugs from 8.08.2013. I dont know why, may some changed. Try to explain this 2 bugs. If i click on image in my VK group this image is pops up. But
1. In this case image dont have description.

No description, no comment form.Is it possible to fix it?
