Image Positioning

I would like to add an image in the content area on the right of the text, but I would like it to align to the bottom of the header, and the top of the custom widget bar I have constructed–but behing the text.

My header and footer areas are 100%, but my main content area is at 960px; I want to keep the image within the 960px centered on the right. I hope this makes sense.
