Image plugin thumbnail to full size in page

Hi guys!

I want to know if any of you knows about a plugin that has this functionality.

I need a plugin to make an image gallery from an image folder in my server to an specific post, showing the thumbnails of the images in the post and linking them to an individual page.

I saw something like that implemented in this sites but couldn’t contact the webmasters of either two sites to ask for information.
