• I am trying to add three small images to a post with standard html code. These images should line up from left to right. They are only 50px wide images so there is plenty of space for them to be on one line. However, WP lines them up vertically on the left side of the page, both in my theme and in the WP Default theme, so I know the problem isn’t with the theme code. I have tried every alignment trick I know, but I still can’t get them to line up left, center, right. WP must be over-riding normal HTML coding, so what might the “fix” be?

PS – I examined the code WP generated (using Firefox) and I noticed WP reformatted my HTML code and added a line break
after each image, thus forcing the images to move to the left. Is there any way to supress this, or is WP going to reformat my HTML code every time?

    A url would be helpful.

    Here is the test page:

I added a little CSS code to the post so that the images are separate. They appear lined up on the left side of the page, but I want them to line up horizontally, and don’t want WP to add the line breaks..
