image page not displaying

  • I have read the primary post and have completed all of the steps trying to isolate and identify the problem. I have deactivated all plugins but Nextgen using my current custom theme as well as a Twenty theme and the problem persists. When viewing a list of galleries on the front end, a few of the galleries, when clicked will not display. The url will show the address of the correct gallery page, but the screenshot is a redirect to the original gallery list. This happens only with a few galleries.

    More importantly, on the galleries I can get to, when selecting an individual image, the url loads the correct image page, but the page actually loads the gallery list page.

    @sciotoparke – Are you using the “Link to page:” option for the galleries and/or albums? If so, trying setting them to “Not linked”

    They were and continue to be set to “not linked”

    I had the same problem after updating to Nextgen 2.1.2 and WP 4.2.3.
    Setting Galleries to “not linked” worked for me. (one by one, ugh… couldn’t this be a bulk actions option?)

    Worked for you too, apparently – went to your page and the gallery links open normally – the top of the page above the galleries has 2 lines reading “no images were found”, but I see galleries below and they open. Are you aware of this? I was having the problem seemingly persist until flash/refreshing the page, fwiw.

    I am actually continuing to have the problem. There is only one album that is working the way its supposed to. I did submit a Bug Report. Thanks.
