My apologies for the delayed response, I will take a look to see if I can replicate this issue. To help narrow things down, is this only happening in a particular browser, or in any browser you try? Are you running WP in multi-site, or is it a single site install? And just to confirm, this is only happening for Docs and Images, not any of the other tabs, correct?

    Thanks.

Thank you for the response. It happens in all browsers and I am using the plugin on a multi-site install. Just Docs and Images is what it appears. The page tab doesn’t have navigation links at the top.

Perfect, thanks for the information. I will see if I can replicate the problem.

Any update on the status of this bug?

Embarrassingly no, for which I apologize. Thank you for checking back in though as this is something I absolutely need to, and will, take a look at.

I have not been able to recreate the bug unfortunately but I was able to narrow down why it is most likely occurring, and also that I need to create better error messages. The specific error you are seeing is displayed when there is an error returned by one of the AJAX calls that the plugin makes, in this case moving to a page other than the first one in the documents and images tabs. That means there is a good chance it could also be failing if you try to switch between sites in the plugin, or switch between custom post types or taxonomies, all of which you may or may not have tried.

If you could let me know what theme & plugins you have installed and activated that would help me narrow down potential conflicts to see what conflicts might be there and what I might need to clean up.

    Thanks.

Thank for the information on the Ajax calls. I have determined that there is something blocking the Ajax call on our server so this is not a problem with the plugin.

Glad you found the root cause and good luck getting things unblocked.
