Image Optimizer Keeps Erroring Out

    Hello,

    I seem unable to use “Send Optimization Request.” I’ve tried to reset the IAPI key, but even choosing that sometimes results in an error message.

    Just sending you the report generated this error: IAPI Error “hash does not match: ClientCB[wrong passive callback] Server[lSY4rehzpYmGrhlj]”

    My site has a horrid Google optimization score for desktop (23) but great score on mobile (83). Google recommends that I optimize my images, and I’d love to be able to do that. Thanks!
