Image Optimizations and LCP issue with Featured Images

1. the image is only 10kb
2. you’re not lazyloading it

So I only have one thing which we could test (and if it works elaborate on); can you try adding the full image URL to Settings -> Autoptimize -> Extra -> preload?

Added this in Preload https://www.zotezo.com/in/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2020/05/dolo_650-1.jpg for the product https://www.zotezo.com/in/medicines/dolo-650-mg-tablet/ but stil no luck.
What is the other solution Frank?

but it looks very similar to the Shortpixel image optimization CDN (as part of Autoptimize Image optimization and Shortpixel adaptive images) which you stopped using?

that being said; your images (or at least one) do have some margin for further optimization (but I doubt the impact on LCP will be very significant):

We used Shortpixel CDN service before but not getting any effective results.Plus credit also decreased.
Will you think after using shortpixel CDN we will improve LCP results?

Guess I already answered that; yes your images can be optimized more but no I don’t think that will have a big impact on LCP ??
