image optimization other folder

    Hello
    i use madara template for manga display and litespeed to manage cache.
    madara saves images in wp-content/uploads/WP-manga/data/ folder
    but this folder is not affected by litespeed’s image optimization.
    how can i add this folder to the analysis?
