    Hello,

after I updated to version 3x the image optimization feature do not work. It says You can request a maximum of 0 images at once.

This is to all of our websites. Maybe I don;t do something properly, can you help me fix this?

    Thanks,

  • Click Destroy All Optimization Data button, and start over. That will get fixed.

Hi, I tried that but still nothing. It keeps saying You can request a maximum of 0 images at once.

When I click on Gather Image Data nothing happens.

Also I have a website with 20 000 images does that mean that I will have to optimize all of them again???

    Hi,

Hi @qtwrk I have just tried updating to 3.0.8.3 and destroyed image optimization data. It still shows me You can request a maximum of 0 images at once.

And when I click on Gather Image Data it still shows – Images not yet gathered: 32 groups

It seems it is still not working properly. I will not update the plugin on our main websites with 20K+ images for now. Do you think that there will be a better version release without the Image optimization bugs?

    Thanks,

Can this be an issue with Wordfence firewall?

    Now,

I have managed to fix it. For who is having Wordfence you need to go to Wordfence -> All options and whitelist the quic IP list which can be found here

Just copy and paste these IPs to whitelist in Wordfence, then go to Litespeed -> General and request a new Key. After that everything is working great so far. I will see if the images optimized with 2.9 version can be held and no need for destroying optimization data.

    Best Regards,
