    Hello,

    The images are not optimizing.
    it is always showing 92 unfinished images.

    I have tried Clean up unfinished data several times. But it didn’t work.

    Your screenshot shows all gathered images have been sent to the cloud server for optimization and that 92 were sent in the last batch. I assume the issue is somehow those 92 have not come back from the cloud server, but I can’t check any further for you without more information. Please provide 1) Another screenshot of the whole Image Optimization Summary tab; 2) the LS report number, which you’ll get by going to LiteSpeed Cache Toolbox –> [5] Report and click “Send to LiteSpeed”. We’ll help you find out what’s going on then.

    Exactly, those images are not coming back. I have cleared and sent it again. But no luck.

    The same thing is happening on another website, too, for 174 images.

    Thank you for your prompt response. The only thing I can think of is somehow the notification from the cloud server is blocked, which is usually because our node IP is not whitelisted on your server. Please check and make sure all the IP’s from this list are whitelisted on your server: https://api.quic.cloud/ips

    Hope this’ll resolve the issue, but if not, please let us know and we’ll see what else might be the reason why those images are not being sent back to you.

    I contacted my website host.
    They replied this “Have checked each and every IP, not a single one was blocked.
    The issue would be somewhere else”

    Could you please kindly confirm me what is your server IP ?

    because I am seeing 2 IPs

    xxx.xxx.46.94

    and

    xxx.xxx.11.88

    in our system

    incorrect IP setting will definitely make image optm unable to work

    okay , then please go to https://my.quic.cloud , login to dashboard -> this domain -> setting -> server IP , update the server IP to the .46.94

    then go back to image optm page, click “clean up unfinished data” , then send again

    It worked.

    The 92 images were optimized.

    For the other domain, it has only optimized 4 images out of 174.
    Will it take long?

    Hi,
    I have changed the IP on QUIC Cloud.
    The unfinished data was 174 after resending the number reduced to 170.

    But on the media library, I can see this for all the images: https://ibb.co/xHdrGh7

    Hi,

    some images could be duplicated and ignored , or classified as previous optimized

    the Media page is showing as image group

    for example when you upload an image to WP, it will generate some resized images , the main images plus these resized ones , are called as image group

    in LiteSpeed optm info , if some of the images within this group has optimized , despite not all of them have been optimized, it will still display that way

    you should go to file manager or FTP to verify it

    I can not see the webp versions on the file manager. But on the media library, it is showing optimized and generated the webp file.

    it’s same case

    let’s say one image group contains 10 images, then if few of them have webp , the media will show webp , despite not all of them have webp

    sometimes it won’t generate webp , most common cause is webp file result in larger size, as in such , there is no point to keep it
