Image Optimization doesn’t work correctly after moving to new host

I moved to new host, x-litespeed-cache: hit,private

Image Optimization doesn’t work: I click on Send Optimization Request button and there’s nothing happen, images aren’t optimized to .webp.

For old images, in Media menu, I click on Reset button at LiteSpeed Optimization column to re-optimize and wait for few days but there’s no optimized images pulled automatically anymore.

Please help me to solve this issue.
