    Hi team!
    When I click update status on image Optimization tab then have a error. How to fix it? Thanks

    Images requested: 2 groups (30 images)

    After LiteSpeed’s Image Optimization Server finishes optimization, it will notify your site to pull the optimized images. This process is automatic.

    Nothing has happened.

    Tried to send a new request…

    Message from LiteSpeed image server: Errors when handling your previous requests.

    Then when I try again, just get more errors.
    Number of images in one image group (19) exceeds the credit (0)

    Ideas?

    Can you try to clear unfinished data and send optimization request again?

    Upon trying to “Clean Up Unfinished Data” got this error:

    “hash does not match: ClientCB[wrong passive callback] Server[QRyOom1806lrDSd1]”

    Then hit UPDATE STATUS, got this message:
    Message from LiteSpeed image server: Errors when handling your previous requests.

    Then hit this:
    “Send request to reset notify error count”

    Looks like only option is to destroy and try again. Not holding my breath though.

    Ok. I hit the “Reset IAPI” again. Then went through optimizing process again.

    Ssid it was successful… then hit “update status”.

    Reset IAPI , the first few steps were successful , and then no auth_key again?

    Then got this again when I tried to get update.

    When I hit clean up all unfisnihed, I got this error:

    THen I hit the “Destroy All Optimization Data! Rem”

    Got this message

    Can you run 2 tests:

    1. Disable object cache, clear all cache and test.
    2. If its not working again, clear you htaccess file with only default wordpress and litespeed cache rules, clear all cache and test.

    1. Diabled object cache and purged all.
    Reset IAPI – Reset IAPI key successfully.

    2. Destroy all Optimizaiton –
    Message from LiteSpeed image server: Please confirm you want to destroy all image optimization data. Hit the DESTROY IT

    3. Click the Update Status button.https://hmsre.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=lscache-optimization&type=sync_data

    Communicated with LiteSpeed Image Optimization Server successfully.

    4. Click the Send Optimization Request button.
    Pushed 1 group (10 images) to LiteSpeed optimization server, accepted 1 group (10 images).

    5. Finally got the Pull Images link again.
    Images notified to pull: 1 group (10 images)

    Says I can now try to repeat the process… will see how it goes.

    **I will wait to see how it progresses… Please let me know if this does work, can I re-enable the object cache (memcached)?
