Image optimisation – told monthly quota used when not

Cron image optimisation has stalled and when sending a manual optimisation request I receive the error:
You don't have enough quota left for current service this month.
I am on Litespeed Enterprise. I have not used my quota.
Quic.cloud reports I have used 1004 of my 10000 limit with 8996 remaining.
Dashboard shows Remaining Daily Quota:?0 / 1000
I have left it overnight but still get the error.

If that applies to me I would like more transparency about when the temporary limits will be lifted, exactly what the limits are, why the error says monthly (not daily) and why they apply even after waiting till the next day.Thanks
