Cloud Error: Please try after 2m 10s for service img_optm-new_req.

Is the error, I was getting. Then I cleared unfinished data and it said it submitted an image for processing. Came back and I have a “clear unfinished request” again.

I had a lot of trouble setting things back up after the upgrade, and got a domain key (or at least it reported that I had got one). Most other problems were solved by whitelisting the stack of IP’s at Cloudflare and my firewall.

At the moment I have about 30 images not optimised, and can’t find a way to proceed.

    Hi,

Cloud Error: Please try after 2m 10s for service img_optm-new_req.

when you see this , please wait for 2 minutes 10 seconds and then try again

after you waited , send optimization button will still give this error ?

    Best regards,

I got another error after waiting 2 minutes and 10 seconds.

Then I waited again and didn’t hit the clear unfinished request, it optimised 1 image.

You can request a maximum of 200 images at once.

To make sure our server can communicate with your server without any issues and everything works fine, for the few first requests the amount images allowed in single request is limited. Current limit is: 1

This has gone back to when I first installed LS Cache. I have cron set to automatically process, but it doesn’t appear to be doing anything. So I click send optimisation request third time now, and my limit is still 1.

At least now the error has gone. I will leave this overnight and see if my limit goes up. I clicked the rescan unoptimised thumbnails option also and I got a white screen for about 24 minutes, am not sure if anything has happened as a result of that.

    Hi,

Please try v3.0.8.5 , it contains some fix for image optimization

    That’s what I’m using.

No improvement, still stuck at 1 image and it fails each time. Quic dash is showing a stack of images with valid URLs that are failing. Contacted them but they’re saying the URLs are invalid, even though pasting them into a browser fetches the image back.

I thought I was on v3.0.8.5 (supposed to auto upgrade)

When trying to upgrade from v3.0.8.3 I get the error.

Update Failed: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

    hello,

    same error ??

    very disapointed

do we have to buy something from QUIC.cloud or ?

I just bought some credits. It’s not working. My account hasn’t had its credits updated.

    Awesome!

    (@audiomonk)

Hi, no, no need to get credits

It could be that the user agent is not able to access your images, did you look in quic.cloud account ?
