    Hi there, we successfully use Image Optimisation on literally dozens of sites so I’m very familiar with it. However I’ve run into a weird issue on one in particular where the queue has been stuck on 90% for over a week now. Manually clearing the unfinished data works and I can resubmit the images however the exact same number are sent and it just sits there, the replacements are never pulled.

    There are no other image optimisation plugins in use and I’ve run a media cleaner plugin to test the integrity of the media library, nothing appears broken or missing.

    Any advice or if someone could look at the queue to see if there is an issue would be much appreciated.

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    and also please do me a screenshot on your Image Optm Summary page

    could you please confirm what is the origin server IP ?

    xxx.xxx.27.146 ?

    109.70.148.65 is the origin server however we use Cloudflare as a proxy which would likely return:

    172.67.159.132 & 104.21.41.36

    Although these sometimes change [but not the origin]

    please go to https://my.quic.cloud -> this domain -> setting -> server IP , update it to correct IP , then clean up unfinished data and send again

    please make sure your origin server has a valid cert though , I have seen many sites that use expired/invalid cert on origin and let CF to masks it
