    Hi,

We have installed the free version of Advanced Ads to assess updating our old no longer supported ad system. We only use image ads our old system is 15 years old and it supports a lot of different transitions. The one we use most is the fade in out. Does your system have this ability in the pro version or is this a simple thing to program in.

We know it is possible to use Elementor to do this for a single ad. We have a template header and sidebar ads and want to set and forget it.

    Thanks.

    Hi pastichedesign,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The placements that come with the Sticky ads add-on, as well as the PopUp placement, provide options to fade-in or slide in within a definable duration of time.

You cannot find a similar option out of the box in other placements. But you could add these effects via CSS directly to specific ads using the custom code option of Advanced Ads Pro. Alternatively, you could apply such CSS directly to particular placements.

Here, you can find a CSS example of fade-in transitions.

As mentioned, you can use the Elementor tools. If you will realize the transitions using Elementor, I recommend not applying them to single ad units but to Manual placements instead. You could set up it once in your template and don’t have to repeat it for each ad unit.

    Best regards,
    Joachim
