    I didn’t understand it clearly. Can you please share your site link and mention where do you want to add an image – as a topbar background or above the topbar?

    Hi Amith, correct as a topbar background.

    Instead of the plain blue, I want an image with a blue ovelay on it. Is that possible?

    You can try adding the following code to your Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS field:

    div#top-bar-wrap {
  background: url(https://www.conceptdemo.co.za/ecorubberkzn/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/eco-folder_Print_Final221.jpg);
}

    Thats works for the background. Please can you tell me how to add a colour overlay as well

    actually I have added to overlay directly to the image. Thanks for the help with the background
