Image on the home page showing a big R

My wp site https://www.bestonlinemedia.com shows an ugly white r on a black background instead of the inserted picture that actually shows when you open the post.
I cleaned my cache several type and I tried other pictures that show well on other posts but on this post nothing doing.
Whatever picture I insert,I get the same result.
