Image on carousel/slider not displaying correctly

Hi,
The image on the slider is not displaying correctly. When I uploaded a image of size 5456 x 3064, it got automatically scaled to 2560 x 1438 and then when I look at the image in the carousel it gets cut off. Earlier when I used to upload the images in the carousel for the same dimensions 5456 x 3064, the display was perfect as there was no scaling down. My current carousel settings are 1100 width and height as auto
