Image of the event, Featured image.

Hello, from the event form, the images are uploaded well, but then they are not seen before being approved for publication. The box comes out as if there was something uploaded (they go up well), but then nothing comes out in Featured Image. It only works correctly if you upload as administrator, adding the image from the WordPress panel. Any solution, or what may be happening? Thank you.
