image not working in different languages

    Hello, I had added different images on homepage for english language, but somehow it not working for all, I remember it was working before, I don’t know is that the reason I had installed litespeed and EWWW Image Optimizer plugins, but I am pretty sure that I had disabled the Lazy Load, so please let me know how to fix this issue, thanks

    It is working fine now, I just inactivated the Ewww image optimizer
