Image not showing in my site

What form plugin do you use with Really Simple CAPTCHA?

I have this problem too. The image is not showing and this happens just with version 2.0. Before it was ok.

The problem is in the .htaccess file that is in the directory wpcf7_captcha. When I removed “Deny from all” image showing.

I forgot to add that I have WordPress Multisite
