  • We are experiencing a similar issue. We are an online local news site. We’ve recently gotten a separate server for all of our images; the authors discovered after my inquiry that Sirv media doesn’t have access to the featured image settings and are currently looking into doing so.

Their support team suggested this plugin as a fix in the meantime.

The image appears correctly on the backend of the site and on the actual post page itself. However, it is not appearing on the home page. I’ve looked at the console for errors and can’t find any. But I also can’t even see the image url in the console panel for that particular element.

This is the website https://www.smcorridornews.com and this is the post in question: Food Bank Thanks Calvary Baptist Church For 30 Year Partnership

Since I know that this may take a day or two for a response or for you to see it, I’ll make sure the post remains on the homepage in one of the newsboxes. It will probably appear at the bottom.

We are running the most recent version of WordPress because most of the plugins we are using alongside this require it. I don’t think it’s a conflict between another plugin because there were no red flags on the console, but I have a very novice level experience and understanding with programming and PHP coding.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi, @crissene82.

I installed “The Voux” and that was the message received:

Your theme (The Voux) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

So it will not work because the theme works just with the WooCommerce plugin that you installed on your site and not with the WooCommerce inside your theme. To work, I would have to change the theme code for you.

    Hi, @smcorridornews.

Could you send me your theme by email? You can find that in the plugin settings.

Then I can verify what’s happening.
