    Hi @aaronkin,
    Thanks for your message.

    I couldn’t see the image in your message (you may need to wrap code blocks in the code tag when writing on this forum).
    I wonder whether the issue is that you’re using a Flywheel staging site which requires basic auth so you image won’t load until the site goes live – does that sound plausible?

    Your are correct! that was the issue, the staging site is password protected. Soon as i disabled the privacy mode and looked at that email again the logo loaded fine.
