Image Not Showing and Other Modifications

Hi, again.
1) So I’ve started playing around with this plugin and there seems to be a problem with the images of the voting up/down signs: they do not show on a laptop. They just show little square boxes, next to the numbers.
On a mobile, however, they show as should, but not on a computer.

2) Can I have some modifications to this plugin? Preferable privately, as this is a personal project I intend to embark on. I want that when non-registered users vote up or down on a post, it adds and subtracts 0.2 respectively. When a registered user does this, it adds and subtracts 1.
3) When a post is voted down to a -3, it auto-deletes.
