Image not showing

Hi,
I know this is a common issue but I still can’t figure out why it says:
“No images in the media library for this post”.My settings are as follows:
1. First image in post
2. Uploaded an image thru “ADD MEDIA”Under Link Picture, it also gives me a broken no image icon.
Please help!
