Image not show after enable lazy load images

1: When I have enabled the lazy load images https://prnt.sc/ukbXcwwVvOkB for my website, then around 20% of images don’t show to the visitor, like those images:

If I click “Purge All” button, does the browser cache of all precedent visitors will update on the same time too?
