Image not loading issue

It seems that the webp express plugin is keeping the image from rendering.

The image source: https://mascoteng.com.au/content/uploads/2015/05/access-covers-solid-top-covers-and-frames-grc-pits-diagram1.jpg is redirecting to https://www.mascoteng.com.au/content/plugins/webp-express/wod/webp-on-demand.php once we turn on the plugin.

This is only happening to some images so are you able to help us figure the issue out?
