Image not loading in email notification email

Hi,
We have created an email notification in a HTML based format and inserted an image, so it looks like this – https://tinyurl.com/ymmjvemv
But when we received the notification, the image is missing and it shows this- https://tinyurl.com/yoamq7og
May I know what can be the cause of this image missing issue?
