    Hello @motcocktails,

Could you please share your System Configuration displayed on Dashboard > WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status?

If you want to go one step ahead, please see: Solving memory issues. Here you can find some tips to troubleshoot.

I look forward to your reply.

    Hello @motcocktails,

Can you check if you have selected the Output to HTML option in Dashboard > WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status? If yes, can you disable it and try again?

    Let me know if work!

    Hello @motcocktails,

    Sorry for the late reply.

Could you please ask your host support to enable allow_url_fopen to see if that resolves the issue?

Our plugins normally uses paths, but this would be a quick method to rule out this is the cause of the issue.

Please let me know if work!

    Hi Yordan,

thanks. I enabled allow_url_fopen and it did not change the issue.
As well, due to the testing, I have my invoice numbers out of order.
Is there a way to reset and recreate? I need this for the tax filing and would like to get rid of the invoices I created for testing.

In attach as well the logo that I am trying to show, the setting and an Icon i get when clicking in the invoice pdf where the logo should appear.

Thank you. – oh btw I bought your professional plugin to support your work.

    Cheers

    Hello @motcocktails,

Can you please convert your logo to JPG and try to generate a new PDF invoice to rule out it’s an image format issue?

By the way, we can also provide you premium support, but because WordPress doesn’t allow us to provide support for paid plugins in this forum, I have to ask you to contact us by email: [email protected]

I’ll be looking forward to your message!

    Hello again @motcocktails,

I just realized that you used a comma (,) instead a dot (.) for the decimal in the Logo height value.

Could you try updating it for a dot and generate a new invoice?

    Let me know if work!

P.S.: After that, we can continue the conversation through our premium support: [email protected]
