  • Hi @popcorntelugu,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We did check the URL you mentioned in the Card Validator and get a different result:

    INFO: Page fetched successfully
    INFO: 24 metatags were found
    INFO: twitter:card = summary_large_image tag found
    INFO: Card loaded successfully
WARN: The image URL https://secureservercdn.net/160.153.137.210/33w.51c.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/well.jpg?time=1590482208 specified by the 'og:image' metatag may be restricted by the site's robots.txt file, which will prevent Twitter from fetching it.

We checked the image URL and can see/browser the image without an issue, but it might be restricted for external use by the CDN or caching solution you are using. However, we are not familiar with what you are using for this. Can you try to clear your cache from your CDN/server/site and see if that helps?

I cleared the cache. Now i got same success message. But still no thumbnail image. Can you check once now

    Thank you for your reply.

When we add the URL in the Card Validator again, we still see the same warning. So if clearing the cache didn’t help solve this issue, we still think that this is related to either your secureserverCDN solution or your own IP address which is also in the full URL. We suggest reaching out to your developer or CDN provider in order to solve this issue, as this is not related to Yoast. It might be a robots.txt restriction on their side.

    Hope this helps.
