Image not appearing, text is doubled

    I have found that there plugin css and js file is not load on that page.

    Can you share me your active plugin list and activated theme name on your server.

    Hello,

    The theme is: EstatePress | 2.0
    Plugin list:
    Akismet – activated
    Count Per Day – activated
    Flickr Album Gallery – activated
    Hello Dolly – deactivated
    TinyMCE Advanced – deactivated
    WP Google Fonts – activated.

    I tried deactivating them all, but no change.
    Is there a way to manually load the plugin css and js file?

    Let us know how you using shortcode in Page/Post.

    Simply paste the shortcode like below:

    Hello,

    It seems that the theme is the problem. My theme is modified, it’s not the same as the original one. So that might be the problem.
    I used the same shortcode (with my ID), but i got the same problem.

    I tried the plugin with another website and it worked.

    Thank you for your help, it seems that nothing can be done.
