Image Not Adding To Gallery

    We are trying to use “Upload or Attach Images” to galleries and after selecting the images we want, clicking “Add to gallery” and “Update gallery” the image does not appear inside the gallery.

    Please help! We have no idea what is happening or how to fix it.
