Image module, cannot upload image

When I am in the image module and click on browse, the minimax window blocks my WP Upload image window and I cannot upload. To get an image into the module, I have to upload the image in word press, copy the URL, and then open the image module and paste the URL into the image URL field.
I have an unlimited license and am using this plugin with 40 students and counting on a couple of sites. It would be nice to resolve this. If necessary, I can send a screen shot.
