Image map that can be navigated like a google map on phone

Hi there,

I want to create a image map with a large image and multiple clickable icons. As the image is very large users will want to zoom in to see it properly. When they click on an icon I want the tooltip or popup to be responsive to the size of their device.

Essentially, I want to be able to navigate around an image, zoom in/out and click on icons in the exact same way to how google maps work. The majority of my users will be viewing this image on a phone.

Does anyone have any suggestions of a word press plugin that can achieve this?
