Image Logo/Author Image

I had an old storyboard wp site on an older wp and I had a plugin that allowed an image to be uploaded through the plugin interface on the admin panel that posted the image on your page

The plugin acted like a widget that you could move to the side-panel of your wp site.

I could make the image show up in the same location as, for example, the Language widget on my TWISTEDSIN.NET

I can’t find this plugin again and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?

I don’t need a plugin to give avatar images, or post images or anything like that, just the overall site image.
