    Dear  Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to report a critical issue with the “Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce” plugin, version 392070, that we have integrated into our WordPress website. We are currently experiencing some problems that are affecting both the home page and the product detail pages.

Here are the details of the issue:

    1. **Home Page Disturbance:**
Upon activating the plugin, we noticed that the simple product section on our home page is becoming distorted. The layout and appearance are being disrupted, leading to an unsatisfactory user experience for our customers.

    2. **Feature Image Loading on Non-Variable Product Detail Pages:**
Another significant problem we’re encountering is related to non-variable product detail pages. When the plugin is active, the feature image fails to load on these pages. Instead, a blurred loading image remains visible, preventing our customers from viewing the product properly.

Interestingly, we observed that when logged in, the non-variable product detail pages load the image correctly.

To confirm that the “Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce” plugin is indeed the cause of these issues, we conducted tests by deactivating the plugin and found that the problems ceased immediately.

To help you better understand the situation, we have attached screenshots that illustrate the issues on both the home page and the non-variable product detail pages. We kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

    Our website environment:
    – WordPress version: 6.2.2
    – WooCommerce version: 8.0.1
    – Plugin name: Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce
    – Plugin version: 392070

We appreciate your urgent attention to this issue and look forward to receiving your guidance on how to resolve these compatibility problems. Your support is highly valued, and we hope for a swift resolution to ensure the smooth operation of our online store.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,
    DevTeam

Thanks for reaching out to us. First of all, thanks for a detailed description of your issues.

Note: Please don’t use the Code block to write the description. It is really hard to read the text. Instead, use Paragraph block to write your text.

We have no code base for the front page. But I can see you are experiencing an issue with your home page. Can you please give us the theme name? So that I can replicate the issue on my end?

For the loading gallery issue on the simple product front end, Can you please check whether your theme has any built-in gallery feature to enrich the outlook of the WooCommerce gallery?

If so, our plugin will not work with the theme built-in gallery you have on your site. Because our plugin was intended to work with the WooCommerce default Gallery. It will not work with any theme built-in gallery.

For faster communication, you can contact us through our site as well. Hope to hear from you soon.

    Thanks

It comes from copying and pasting into the forums from other things that the post/reply form says “Oh. No idea. Let’s use code block.”

I fixed it for now. @devomdm please just type into the form here. We can all use machine translation if you are using another language originally. English language is not a requirement here. ??

Currently, our website operates on Astra theme Version 4.2.1.

We will explore whether the Astra theme offers any native gallery functionalities tailored to WooCommerce.

We are optimistic that this avenue of investigation will aid in pinpointing the root cause of the matter. Your prompt feedback on the findings will be greatly appreciated. Please do keep us informed at your earliest convenience.

I have tested the theme but didn’t find any issues as you described.

Are you using companion plugin of the Astra theme? Is it free version?

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Thanks
