Image Load VERY Slowly

    I believe I have this site – https://www.climbers-club.co.uk/ – set up correctly, but the page loads times can be awful, up to 20 seconds! A shocker. When I check response with tools like – https://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/dEGpbP/https://www.climbers-club.co.uk/ – I see that it’s the images that are slow. Surely these should be severed directly as static items. However, something is causing a severe bottleneck. Does anyone know what I should look for? Is every request being pushed through PHP?

    (I have a standard WP .htaccess for pretty permalinks. I also have CloudFlare enabled through my web host and the W3 Total Cache plugin installed and enabled.)
