Image links not working correctly

Hi, I am trying to use an image to link to another website but the page will not change when clicking on the image. I can right click on the image and it will work but obviously this is not the ideal method. When I use the same link just as a text link it works fine.
Here is the page I’m having problems with. I have entered in both the image link and the text link:

Don’t think it’s a browsercomputer issue as I have tried on various machines and browsers and the same problem exists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
