image links gone in 3.9 editor ?

  • So I foolishly updated wordpress before looking at the “new features”.

    I am in the process of moving to wordpress from joomla. And all my photos were derped in the process of moving the site over. So I was in the process of fixing the old image links in the view tab on the editor screen. But now the image links are removed from the gui. Why would this be considered an improvement ?

    Can somebody direct me to where I can figure out how to downgrade this ?

    Image … links? That’s still there.

    As far as I can tell your wrong. Remember my article code was imported from joomla. My legacy images are in a folder, not media manager. This new image editor pulls the SRC image from the media manager only.

    If I direct the custom URL to the image nothing changes.

    I had to teach my paid help to navigate the text page. Not ideal!
