Image links broken after 4.0 update

    Since I upgrade to WordPress 4.0 on my WooCommerce site, I couldn’t load my main site. I do use SSL so I tried changing the wordpress site address from https://inkedfur.com to https://inkedfur.com and it works… except all the product/post images broken. Every last one of them (except the header logo). The images are in the folder that the links are going to but I can’t display the folders individually. I also noticed some pages use a different theme (such as my account link) and I lost my top admin bar that shows my username and dashboard dropdown. What’s going on D:

    Any help would be great.

  • I haven’t had any problems upgrading my site but what I noticed about your site was that the woothemes logo in the bottom of the screen is showing fine. Notice the placement:
    https://inkedfur.com/wp-content/themes/mystile/images/woothemes.png

    All your other image files should be under /wp-content/uploads, like this:
    https://inkedfur.com/wp-content/uploads/jijix-preview.png

    This image can’t be reached, which to me sounds like it doesn’t exist or the location has changed. I’m not much of a technical person so I can’t really tell you why that is or how to solve it but maybe that rings a bell for someone else?

    The files are there. I’ve included a screenshot of some of my images and and their permissions. The permissions on the uploads folder is 755.

    I set my site address to https://inkedfur.com and now my site won’t load at all but I can access wp-admin.

    I know 4.0 changed how it handles SSL and I need to know what that change was.

    Please help me..

    I just noticed that image links to posts that were uploaded from wordpress.com to self-hosted site (www.remarpro.com) have lost image link with 4.0 upgrade.
    They have changed from ‘Media File’ link to ‘Custom URL’ link.
    I manually updated back to Media File link and is now fine but will be a tiresome process to edit all old posts dating back 3 years.
    Maybe someone knows a way to update all at once?????

    Under Image Details>Display Settings>Link to:
    The Link To had changed from Media Files (all my images are in Medial File) to Custom URL
