Image Links

I want to promote my twitter page and facebook page on my blog, but I don’t want to use just the link I want to put the twitter and fabebook logo’s right on the homescreen of my blog so that people can easily acess both pages. How do I do that so that the picture links will take my blog readers to the direct pages of both my facebook and twitter?
