Image Link won't open

Hi, I’m fairly new to wordpress so I hope I can explain my problem correctly.
I have been working on the following site, using Cornerstone which works really great.

I linked some of the images to open on an external site. Others open a PDF document.
eg. the Houzz Logo’s should link to the company’s houzz.com page. It worked perfectly last week but now it suddenly won’t open at all. I can’t tell if it’s due to a recend update or not.

The code for the image is

As far as I can tell the href is correct and I haven’t changed anything.

Any help would be appreciated.
