Image Link URL not changing

    I have 3.1, but this problem has been going on before 3.1 was released.

    It seems when I add an image to my blog, I can change the ‘Link URL’ to a custom URL and it stays after inserting it into post. However, if I add an image, and THEN try to change the ‘link URL’, it seems to revert back to the original URL.

    Does anyone else have this problem?
