Image Link Problem Please Help I've Tried Everything!

Hi, I’m Having a problem linking an image to an external site. I can link a word to an external site but not a picture. I have tried adding a link when I upload the picture to my post and it doesn’t work. I have also tried to click the image once it has uploaded and adding a link through the add link button. I have also tried to uploading the pic to photobucket getting the html code and changing the aherf tag but still nothing. I know the html is correct and when I publish the post I check my site to see if it works and it just shows a loading icon and it never loads. I’m using the scylla lite theme I don’t know it that has something to do with it. Please help!!!
