    Check if the image is uploaded to see if there is an error when uploading the photo or when it is displayed.

    I’m sorry, you need to be logged in to see it – my bad.

    Here, you can use sample login name and password:
    l:LevelTwo
    p:Level2

    I’m using gravity forms and I checked the image is actually being uploaded – I can see it on the backend but there is an error when it is displayed.

    I don’t know why but it seems you have some conflict maybe between plugins or a filter that is causing the image is not displayed. You can write your own filter to try to solve it, in the faq you can see a sample of filter.
